Most companies don't need new software. They need the tools they already have to start working together. We build it, explain it, and hand it over. The system stays yours.

You see it.

Built in tools you can open yourself.

You understand it.

At handover we explain every part, until you can describe it yourself.

You run it.

Access, data and settings are yours. No lock-in.

What we do.

Websites

A site that brings in inquiries. Not just a pretty business card.

  • Custom-builtIn your own image, not from a template.
  • Structured inquiriesThe customer tells you what they need before they call.
  • FindableFast and search-ready from day one.

Custom systems

The system runs one process for you, start to finish. You just approve.

  • QuotesAn inquiry becomes a quote from your prices, in minutes.
  • Orders and work ordersAn accepted quote becomes a work order for the workshop or the field.
  • InvoicesAfter delivery, the invoice is prepared in the program you already use.

Business OS

One page where you see and run your whole company.

  • What's waitingWhat's on your desk today.
  • What's overdueBefore it becomes a problem.
  • What's doneNo need to ask around the office.

All together, one ecosystem.

You can start with just one part, for example just the website, and add the rest as you need it. Together they work as one whole.

Audio guides

A guide for a museum or landmark, in multiple languages with a natural voice. A separate service, not part of the system.

Work.

Three projects that are already working. Every number is verifiable, the story is on each project's page.

How does it work? First we talk about where your time is leaking. You get a written proposal with a fixed price. We build in the tools you already have. At the end we explain everything and hand it over.

Conversation

You tell us how you work and where your time is leaking. We tell you honestly whether a system even makes sense.

Proposal

In writing: what we build, what we don't, and how much it costs. Building starts only once you approve.

Building

You see what's already working as we go, and tell us what to fix. Nothing comes as a surprise at the end.

Handover

We explain every part, access is in your name. From then on the system runs without us.

How much does manual work cost you?

Enter how many hours a week go into repetitive work, and see how much that costs you a year.

About working together.

“

Working with Luply was easy. Tai first listened to how we work, then we saw what was already working as we went, and fixed things together until it was right. We got a site that shows the customer the difference between films before they call, and a cutting app that calculates the layout from the rolls. On a real order, 32% of the film went to waste instead of 39%.

Questions.

What owners ask us most before the first conversation.

Your question?
Do we need to replace Minimax, Pantheon or Excel?+
No. The system sits alongside the tools you already have and connects them. Replacing software is almost always more expensive than getting your tools to talk to each other.
Is this for us?+
  • Admin work falls on the owner or one or two people, not an IT department.
  • You have the tools, just no connections between them.
  • You're growing and the same work is multiplying faster than your team.
  • You want to own and understand your system, not rent one.
When is this not for us?+
  • You're a public or publicly funded institution.
  • You have your own IT department.
  • You just want a chatbot on your site.
  • You want someone else to run the system for a monthly fee.
What happens when the system fails?+
You can see exactly where it stopped, and you restart it yourself. Instructions are part of the handover. If the fault is in how we built it, we fix it.
Where is our data?+
In the EU, in Frankfurt or Dublin. Nothing in the US. For sensitive data, a data processing agreement before we build.
Do we need someone who can code?+
No. The system is run by whoever uses it. If you need a developer for everyday use, we built it wrong.
How much does it cost?+
The price depends entirely on the scope of the project, from €500 to €30,000 and up. You get a fixed price after the initial conversation, before we start building.
How much of our time does it take?+
A 30-minute conversation, two to three short check-ins during the build, half a day at handover.

Let's talk.

Thirty minutes. We look at your company and tell you what makes sense.
