Here's a clear account of what data we collect through the appointment booking window, why, where it's processed and what rights you have. No legal jargon.

01Who we are

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Tai Predanič, operating under the Luply brand. You can reach him at [email protected] or +386 30 742 210.

For any questions about how we process your data, email us at [email protected] or call +386 30 742 210.

02What data

When you book a call through the appointment window, we collect from you:

  • name,
  • company name, if you provide it (optional),
  • email address or phone number,
  • the day and time you select, and the meeting format (video call or in person),
  • a short description of what keeps recurring at your company, if you write one (optional).

When you request a free website review (on the Websites page), we collect the address of the site you want reviewed, your email address and your name, if you provide it.

When you visit the site, our host Cloudflare also automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit), which we need for the site to run and stay secure. The form also has a hidden field for detecting automated programs (bots): under normal use it stays empty and you don't enter anything into it.

03Why we collect it

We use your data solely to arrange and carry out the call you book: to identify you, confirm the appointment and contact you about it if needed.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary to take steps at your request, prior to a possible contract. We don't use your data for advertising and don't send it to any newsletter.

For a website review, we use your data to send you the report and, if needed, to write to you once about it. The legal basis is also Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (you requested the review yourself).

04Who has access

We use the following providers to run the appointment booking window:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and forwards your booking.
  • n8n (automation at taipredanic.app.n8n.cloud) checks available time slots, records the booking and triggers the two steps below.
  • Google Calendar records the appointment as an entry with "awaiting confirmation" status until we confirm it manually.
  • Gmail sends us a notification about the new booking and sends you a confirmation of the appointment.

For the website review we also use: n8n (loads the site and builds the report), Google PageSpeed (measures site speed), Google Gemini (AI reviews the public content of the site; it does not receive your email address), Supabase (stores the site address and email so the same review is not sent twice) and Gmail (sends the report to you and a notification to us).

We don't sell your data and don't share it with anyone else.

05Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare only forwards data from the appointment window and does not store it. n8n stores data in the EU, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Google (Gmail, Calendar) is a global service that may also process data outside the EU and EEA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Supabase stores website review data in the EU, in Ireland (Dublin). Google PageSpeed and Gemini are services of Google LLC, to which the same framework applies.

06Retention

We delete booking data no later than 12 months after the call. If the call leads to a working relationship, the statutory retention periods for business documentation apply.

We delete website review data no later than 12 months after the report is sent.

07Your rights

Regarding your data, you have the right to:

  • access,
  • correction of inaccurate data,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days at the latest. If you believe our processing of your data breaches the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

08Automated decisions

We don't use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

In a website review, AI assesses the website, not you as a person.

09Cookies

The site uses only a handful of technical records, with no tracking. The full list is in the Cookie Policy.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example once we confirm the legal entity or the retention period. The version that applies is always the latest one published on this page.
